For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, Personal Data shall mean any information provided to Depoint that relates to an identified or identifiable individual (“Personal Data”).This Privacy and Cookie Policy (“Policy”) details how We collect, store and process Personal Data that we receive via the services provided through our Platform (the “Platform”) and other Personal Data collected from users who visit our website at www.depoint.co (the “Website”); from our Customers, organizations that use the Services; and from Customer’s personnel, including employees and other users who use the Services; (collectively “you”, “User”).This Policy governs the use of the Website and the Platforms (collectively – the “Services”) by our users, including, without limitation:

We may collect, process and/or store your Personal Data from a number of sources, primarily to provide services under our contracts with the Customers and to improve those products and services. Personal Data we collect may include the following:information that you provide:- when filling in forms on our Website, such information may include your name, phone number, and e-mail address;
- when using the Platform – This includes information provided by you at the time of subscribing and using the Platform, posting material or requesting further information or services. Such information may include your full name, ID number, employee ID number, mobile phone number, role or position within the Customer’s organization, details of all actions that you carry out through the Platform and of the provision of services to you
2. Legal Basis for processing
We will process your Personal Data only when we have one of the following ground:- your consent;
- our legitimate interests in performing our contract with our Customer, and performing our obligations under that contract.
- Where we have a legitimate interest, e.g. managing our business, or defending ourselves from claims, subject to such processing not overriding your own rights and freedoms;
- Exceptionally, when necessary in the public interest, for example when law enforcement agencies request information to investigate a crime.
3. How we use your Personal Data
We use the information collected about you in the following ways:- To provide you access to the Platform and use of the Services.
- To provide the Customer, and Customer’s users (i.e. employees) access to the Platform and use of the Services.
- To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between our Customer (on whose behalf you are using the Services) and Us.
- To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between our Customer (on whose behalf you are using the Services) and Us.
- For compliance with a legal obligation (e.g., to respond to a court order or a regulator).
- To protect our rights, privacy, safety, networks, systems and property, or those of other persons
- In order to exercise our rights, and to defend ourselves from claims and to comply with laws and regulations that apply to us or third parties with whom we work.
4. Disclosure of your Personal Data
We may disclose your Personal Data to third parties only in the following cases:- When we use a cloud computing partner for the storage of data;
- when we use third party services that are required for the performance of our business, for example – to send mobile notifications, when we use third party site for analytics purposes;
- in the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your Personal Data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets;
- if we are under a duty to disclose or share your Personal Data in order to comply with any legal obligation or in order to enforce or apply our Platform Terms and Conditions and other agreements, but we will extend reasonable efforts to limit such disclosure to what is necessary and when possible, provide you with notice of such disclosure; and/or
- to protect the rights, property, or safety of Depoint, the Platform, the Website, our users and any third party we interact with to provide the Platform.
5. Security
We take appropriate measures to ensure that all Personal Data is kept secure including security measures to prevent Personal Data from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorized way, for the duration of your use of our Services. We limit access to your Personal Data to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorized manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where We are legally required to do so.Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Platform or the Website, therefore any transmission remains at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features in order to prevent unauthorized access.6. Where we store your Personal Data
The data that We collect from you and process as a result of your use of the Services may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). We will hold Personal Data for so long as we have an obligation to the Customer to provide the Services or to retain the Personal Data, and thereafter until such time as we delete the Customer’s account in accordance with our engagement with our Customer.8. Your rights

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration, customer support and to collect aggregate information for internal reporting purposes.In addition, our Website and Platform use cookies. These cookies allow us to distinguish you from other users, which helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our Platform and/or Website and also allows us to improve the Services.The cookies we use are “analytical” cookies. This helps us to improve the way our Platform works, for example by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily.
